    2. List of tradespeople very popular, and not just with current residents.

    3. Many complaints raised with OWRA on train horn noise which is getting worse again.  Working with the Noise Abatement Society on their national campaign to get the horn noise reduced and restricted - they are contemplating legal action.

    4. Lobbied City and County Council on issues such as drainage on Aristotle Lane Rec, Merrivale Square traffic flow, the Lucy development and school traffic.

    5. Worked closely with the Management Company on extra cycle racks, visitor spaces marking and garden maintenance

    6. New blood is always welcome on the committee as the longer-serving members feel they have done their stint.

  4. Annual accounts

    1. Only 83 households out of a total of 199 contribute.

    2. A deficit of £25.20 on the year.  Expenditure on business items was £166-70.  £718-11 was donated to two local charities. OWRA affiliated to the Civic Society.  Cash in bank at the year-end was £1,162-45.
