The Residents Association (OWRA) supports a strong community on Waterside through links with the wider community including other residents groups and local authorities, particularly on planning issues; we work jointly with the Management Company on grounds maintenance, generally take up any other matters of concern to residents, and organise social events. We publish a regular newsletter. and we have a closed Facebook group which is very active. We inform residents of important issues via the noticeboards, Facebook and email - use the form below to contact us and add your email to the contact list. All residents – owners or tenants- are members of the Residents’ Association, and can stand for the Committee, even if you are only here for 1-2 years.
